Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Personalized products

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including gift cards and any customized or made-to-order products unless faulty.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at infowoodyfamily@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, please contact us at infowoodyfamily@gmail.com.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
